What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve your experience, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in a comparable way. This policy explains how cookies are used on this website and how you can control them.
The cookies we use
We have designed this website to use as few cookies as possible. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or third-party website-analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track your behaviour across the web.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the website to function and for security. They do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Regulations (S.I. No. 336 of 2011) and cannot be switched off through our site.
Third-party booking tool (Calendly)
Our booking section uses Calendly, a third-party scheduling service operated by Calendly LLC (United States), embedded so you can choose an appointment time without leaving our site. When the booking section loads, Calendly may set its own cookies and process the details you enter to make a booking (such as your name, email address, telephone number and the time you select). These cookies are controlled by Calendly, not by us. Calendly's use of your information is governed by its own privacy and cookie policies, available at calendly.com/privacy.
If you would prefer not to use the online booking tool, you can contact us by telephone or email instead. See our Contact page.
International transfers
Because Calendly and the providers that host and operate our website are based in, or process data in, the United States, using these tools may involve a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified). More detail is set out in our Data Privacy Notice.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, and to be notified when a cookie is set. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may not work as intended. Guidance for the main browsers is available from their providers, and general information about cookies is available at www.aboutcookies.org.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or for legal reasons. Any updated version will be published on this page.
